Two Day Flyers is a division of Austin DP, LP located in Austin, TX.   Our goal is to provide an easy way to buy commonly ordered printed products online. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy only for the purpose of completing your order. Selling, renting or using any of your personal information including phone numbers and e-mail addresses is against our business ethics and will never happen.

Information Gathering Policy
The information we collect is for the purposes of processing and completing your printing order.  You will never have to register to see any information regarding the products we offer.  Personal information is only required if you choose to upload a file or place an order on the site.  Personal information is stored in our secure shopping cart only until your order is completed, shipped and billed and is deleted from the system promptly afterward.  Your files are stored in our secure backup system to facilitate future orders only. You may be asked to opt in or out for special offers, newsletters and coupons but we will never send unsolicited e-mail and will promptly remove you from any mailing lists upon request.   Two Day Flyers also uses information automatically collected through the use of electronic tools that should be transparent to our visitors. Two Day Flyers may record the name of your Internet Service Provider or use cookie technology to recognize you and hold information from your visit only for the purpose of completing your printing order.  Our simple ordering system does not employ user names and passwords or any other exclusionary tactics to see all aspects of the site aside from the shopping cart functions.

How we use your information?
Two Day Flyers only uses Personally Identifiable Information to improve your shopping experience, to analyze trends and buying patterns, for site administration and to successfully complete your orders. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of our site (our Web hosting service for example) may access such information. We will use your information only as permitted by law.  We may disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law, in connection with the collection proceedings, and/or to law enforcement authorities whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.

Linked Sites and Advertising
Two day printing does not offer any affiliate marketing, allow any advertising on our site or offer links to any sites that are not intended for the delivery of information to help you complete your print order with us. We advertise on many search engines that may use cookies to record information about your browsing history and search history.  This is out of the control of Two Day Printing.

Children
Two Day Flyers does not assess any charges to Credit Cards, Pay Pal or other payment tools until orders have been confirmed.  We make every reasonable attempt to make sure that children or other unauthorized users do not place orders on a Credit Card.
