The Process

Many new customers come to us with questions about digital printing, the quality, is it really offset, how exactly does it work … we love new customers. We are proud of our quality and our service, one short tour and the questions quickly disappear. Our walls are filled with examples of our customers' work and successful solutions we have developed. Our people and the digital process makes the difference. It all begins with your files.

1. Your digital files are preflighted for accuracy and then sent directly to press.
   
   
2. An on-demand single print replaces a conventional proof instantly-- on the final paper using the final inks.
   
   
3. When your one-off print is approved the project is already prepared to print. The file is queued from our servers to the press for production.
   
   
4. The Indigo images the file directly to the print cylinders. Since there is no paper movement between each application of the four colors, registration is precise. There is nothing to adjust. Perfect registration and color balance are automatic.
   
   
5. For larger runs, the Heidelberg Quickmaster DI is the press of choice. Direct from disk-to-press, the plates are imaged on the press in perfect registration. Since there is very little to adjust, only a few make-ready copies are needed to produce the high-quality digital offset printing that Heidelberg is famous for.
   
   
   
6. The final piece is then sent for bindery, finish out and delivery. Our process can provide proofs in 24 hours and final delivery can be 24 hours after approval. Even quicker when the need arises.
